Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together. /p pb The Role /b /pp To strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Order Specialist. /pp The person will support the team in activities related to the B2B portal, account onboarding, order management through different sales channels, both EU and non-EU, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests. /p pb The person we are looking for will: /b /pulli manage activities related to the B2B portal; /lili contribute to account onboarding on the B2B platform; /lili support the registration, management and monitoring of orders from different sales channels; /lili process requests for quotations and other documentation related to commercial transactions; /lili provide customers with information regarding shipments, volumes, costs,
transport options and useful details for defining the shipping plan; /lili collaborate with the Logistics team on shipment planning, taking into account volumes, payments, credit status and other operational requirements; /lili follow up and monitor RMA cases, in coordination with the internal functions involved; /lili collaborate with Customer Care in managing customer requests. /li /ul pb You are the right fit if you have: /b /pulli a high school diploma or degree in Economics, Languages or related fields; /lili at least 1 year of experience in commercial back office, customer service, sales operations, order management or similar roles; /lili fluent Italian, C1 level; /lili excellent English, C1 level; /lili knowledge of a second foreign language (French or German) would be considered a plus; /lili excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; /lili good confidence with digital tools, AI, management systems and operational platforms; /lili accuracy, organisation and attention to detail; /lili the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. /li /ul pb Why join us?
