Role Description The Journeyperson role at Book a Recruiter is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the delivery of high-quality talent search services. On a day-to-day basis, the Journeyperson will help manage candidate pipelines, assist with job posting and vacancy updates, and coordinate communication between recruiters, clients, and job seekers.
This role includes gathering and organizing candidate information, contributing to screening and shortlisting activities, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Journeyperson will also collaborate with the broader recruiter network to ensure timely follow-up,
support basic administrative tasks, and uphold the platform’s standards for verified and reliable job opportunities. The position requires consistent online availability, proactive communication, and a commitment to professional, unbiased interactions with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.
