Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Project Management Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate between technical teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
Facilitate regular status meetings, document action items, and track resolution of issues.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience managing complex projects in technology or software development environments.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management frameworks.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
