p We are seeking - for our Engineering and Project Management segments - a b Project HSE Engineer /b to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HSE regulations and applications. p The main objectives related to the role are about: /pulli Support the PHSEM in the Project HSE Management System development throughout all project phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation and installation). /lili Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards. /lili Ensure compliance with local legislation in term of HSE, lifting and rigging /lili Define the criteria and references for the development of project HSE plans and HSE Bridging Documents /lili Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. /lili Assist the Project HSE Manager in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Project Risk Assessment, etc.) /lili Ensure incident reporting and investigation are properly conducted by, also, direct participation if required by the PHSEM. /lili Conduct HSE audit to projects work sites and subcontractor’s premises. /lili Support the HSE performance monitoring, analysis and reporting toward Project and Company organizations.
/lili Stay up-to-date on HSE best practices. /lili Provide HSE advice and guidance to employees. /lili Support the development of emergency preparedness and response plans. /lili Promote a positive HSE culture within the organization. /li /ulp Se sta pensando di inviare una candidatura, si ricordi di premere il pulsante apposito dopo aver letto l'intera descrizione. brp In summary, the HSE Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and environmental protection of a project. /p p We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics: /pulli Engineering or Science Degree. /lili At least 2 years of experience in a HSE role in a complex industrial business that includes project planning and execution activities, as well as experience in working with a variety of stakeholders. /lili Good communication skills in English both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing). xrdbqlu /lili Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and dlg.81/2008. /lili Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). /li /ul p Nice to have: /pp- BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) /pp- H2S /pp- Nebosh or equivalent /p p Location /pp Milan (east zone) /p /p /p
