We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. What you will do
We are looking for a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern to join us. Specifically, the candidate will carry out, among others, the following activities:
- Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
- Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
- Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting,
communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
- Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
- Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
- Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.
Who we are looking for
- Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Excel
We offer a six-month paid internship
