pbu About the Role /u /bp Aviomar Flight Academy is seeking qualified and motivated Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKIs) to join our instructional team at our Monterotondo Training Centre. /pp The successful candidates will deliver classroom-based theoretical knowledge instruction for our professional pilot training programmes, including: /pulli EASA ATPL theoretical knowledge subjects /lili Aircraft Type Rating theoretical knowledge training /lili Initial, recurrent and other advanced professional pilot training programmes /li /ulp All training is delivered in person at our training centre. La preghiamo di leggere la descrizione almeno una volta prima di fare clic su "Candidati". brpbu Key Responsibilities /u /b /pulli Deliver high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction in accordance with approved ATO training programmes and applicable EASA requirements. /lili Provide classroom instruction for ATPL subjects and/or aircraft Type Rating courses, according to the instructor's qualifications and experience. /lili Prepare and deliver structured lessons, presentations and classroom briefings. /lili Support students and professional pilots throughout their theoretical training. /lili Assess student progress and provide appropriate feedback. /lili Maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with ATO procedures. /lili Participate in instructor standardisation activities and support the continuous improvement of training material. /lili Maintain a professional, operationally relevant and competency-focused approach to instruction.
/li /ul pbu Candidate Profile /u /b /pp Candidates should have one or more of the following backgrounds: /pulli Previous experience as a commercial pilot with an established airline or commercial air operator; or /lili Previous experience as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor within an approved ATO. /li /ulp Candidates should also demonstrate: /pulli Strong theoretical and operational aviation knowledge. /lilib Fluency in English /b , with the ability to confidently deliver professional aviation training entirely in English. /lili Strong communication and presentation skills. /lili Ability to explain complex technical and operational subjects clearly and effectively. /lili Professional attitude and commitment to high training standards. /lili Availability to work a minimum of three days per week at our Monterotondo Training Centre. /li /ulp Previous experience delivering ATPL theoretical knowledge or Type Rating ground training will be considered a strong advantage. /p pbu What We Offer /u /b /pulli Full-time or tempo parziale collaboration, depending on availability. /lili Contractor-based engagement. /lili Minimum commitment of three days per week. /lili Opportunity to teach both ab-initio ATPL students and experienced professional pilots undergoing Type Rating and recurrent training. /lili Access to a professional aviation training environment combining theoretical instruction with advanced flight simulation and practical training. xrdbqlu /lili Opportunity to become involved in additional training programmes according to experience and qualifications. /li /ulpb Work location: /b Monterotondo Training Centre – Rome, Italy /ppb Training format: /b 100% in-person /p /p /p
