Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Specialist to work on a Full-time basis.
The role involves managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
You will support day-to-day financial operations while maintaining accuracy in reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile daily financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate accurate and timely financial close processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet tools such as Excel is required.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger management is preferred.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for stakeholders is required.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in financial records is required.
