Overview
In this role you will design and drive digital marketing for online life insurance products, focusing on Term Life (TCM) and direct distribution.
You will work within the Direct Protection business to optimize acquisition, retention, and conversion through data-driven campaigns and AI-enabled tooling.
You'll collaborate with agencies, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and measurable performance.

Responsabilità
Design and run digital campaigns for online life insurance products (TCM) aligned with brand and business goals
Develop and optimize online sales funnels to boost acquisition, retention, and conversions using data insights
Coordinate with external agencies and partners to manage social media, PPC, and lead generation
Provide cross-functional support to Direct Business operations for alignment across departments
Monitor digital KPIs and adjust strategies for ongoing performance improvement
Maintain brand and layout consistency across digital touchpoints per group standards and local markets
Prepare performance reports with strategic insights for Head of Direct Protection Business and Branch Manager
Manage relationships with brokers, affinity groups, and business partners to grow opportunities
Collaborate with IT to implement website changes and support new digital initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Marketing
5–10 years in digital marketing or digital distribution, ideally in life insurance or financial services
Proven D2C experience and online funnel management
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Generative AI knowledge a plus
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international, cross-functional settings
