Helps on taking orders when required. /lili Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverage, and service /lili Clear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course /lili Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service throughout operations /lili Knows how to use the Micros system /lili Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu, and the ability to recommend combinations and upsell alternatives when required /lili Provide a welcoming and professional service to guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner /lili Support special events and high-volume service periods /lili Ensure compliance with service and hygiene standards at all times /lili Promote a guest-focused and service-driven culture within the outlet /li /ul pb Candidate Profile /b /p ulli Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality environment /lili High standards of personal presentation and grooming /lili Strong knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings /lili Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and objectivity /lili Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset /lili Knowledge of the city of Rome and history /lili Native or Fluent in Italian and English.
