The role includes checking manufacturing activities, inspecting mechanical components, verifying compliance with project specifications and international standards, and helping ensure quality throughout production. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Inspect piping components and mechanical equipment during manufacturing and testing. /lili Check compliance with project specifications, technical documents, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and applicable international standards. /lili Monitor manufacturing activities such as forging, casting, machining, assembly, coating, and testing. /lili Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), quality records, and manufacturing documents. /lili Review dimensional checks, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications. /lili Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and witness pressure tests. /lili Monitor supplier quality performance and report non-conformities when needed. /lili Work with clients, suppliers, and project teams to meet contractual and technical requirements. /lili Prepare inspection reports and keep accurate quality records. /li /ul pb Mandatory Requirements /b /pulli8-10 year of experience in Oil Gas, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing. /lili Good knowledge of international standards and codes, including:
