The role ensures the effective execution of Mechanical Completion processes both during the home office phase and at project sites, contributing to the successful handover of systems and subsystems to commissioning and operations. /p pu In home office /u /pp Under the guidance of the Mechanical Completion Leader, you will be responsible for: /pulli Supporting the set-up of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning master inspection and test plan (ITP) models. /lili Cooperating with Mechanical Completion Coordinators, Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure all deliverables required for the Completion Database comply with contractual requirements. /lili Managing and updating Mechanical Completion data and engineering information within dedicated project systems and databases. /lili Supporting the configuration of Mechanical Completion tools and user accounts in coordination with ICT functions. /lili Contributing to the development of Mechanical Completion procedures, training programs, and project execution strategies. /lili Providing feedback on technical and organizational issues related to Mechanical Completion activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. /lili Collecting and capitalizing lessons learned from project execution to improve future project performance. /lili Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mechanical Completion methodologies,
tools, and industry best practices. /li /ul pu At site /u /pp You will be responsible for: /pulli Managing and recording punch list items received from discipline supervisors and construction quality inspectors. /lili Monitoring punch list status and closure progress, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of outstanding priorities. /lili Supporting subsystem completion tracking and monitoring discipline completion activities. /lili Issuing Discipline Acceptance Certificates in accordance with project Handover Procedures when required. /lili Ensuring Mechanical Completion documentation is complete, updated, and available for handover activities. /lili Coordinating with Construction, Quality, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning teams to facilitate an efficient project turnover process. /lili Supporting reporting activities and keeping Construction Management informed on completion status and critical issues. /lili Promoting compliance with project procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards throughout Mechanical Completion activities. /li /ul pb Requirements and Skills /b /pulli Technical High School Diploma or equivalent technical qualification. /lili3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Completion roles within EPC, Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Industrial projects. /lili Experience both in Home Office and Construction Site environments is considered a strong asset. /lili Availability to relocate abroad for project assignments of medium-long duration (typically 12-24 months). /lili Good English level (professional). Language proficiency will be assessed during the selection process. /lili Good knowledge of Mechanical Completion processes, punch list management, system turnover, and handover procedures. /lili Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. /lili Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. /lili Ability to work effectively in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
