Estimate total external costs for highly complex tenders
Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during project execution
Provide supply chain inputs for the integrated project plan
Issue and distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistics Plan, MPS, Inventory Report)
Coordinate planning and logistics across entities to ensure timely delivery of project materials
Manage production launch activities (transfer orders, purchase orders, advance demand)
Issue purchase requests for materials, services, packages, and subcontractors
Ensure supplier logistics and planning documentation aligns with contractual requirements
Monitor and report supplier performance (production, FAT, delivery times, shipping, warehouse) and mitigate risks
Identify and implement actions to address supplier performance risks or misalignments
