Responsabilità
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure
Analyze equipment failure data and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Investigate recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability
Monitor key maintenance and operational KPIs to support continuous improvement
Manage and review spare parts inventory levels to ensure availability and reduce obsolete stock
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar industrial environment
Ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and translate insights into practical actions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach
Professional fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
