As an Associate, you will work closely with senior bankers to drive client engagement, support the execution of strategic transactions, and contribute to the development of industry insights that underpin our client relationships.
This position offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation in corporate and investment banking by gaining exposure to high-profile corporates, cross-border mandates, and dynamic industry sectors.
About the job: Business origination Develop and prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and industry analysis to support senior bankers in new business origination.
Conduct company valuations using methodologies such as DCF, trading multiples, and precedent transactions.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic recommendations.
Perform sector research, benchmarking, and peer comparisons to generate insights that inform strategic recommendations.
Transaction execution Assist in the execution of live transactions across different solutions (M financial modelling skills are an advantage.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages are a plus.
The annual fixed salary associated with the position starts at ****** € gross per annum.
