p Adecco Consultant Milano is recruiting, on behalf of an international architecture and integrated design firm, a b Senior Site Architect / Construction Manager /b to support complex large-scale projects, with a focus on data centers, industrial facilities and oil gas. p The selected candidate will be involved in the construction phase, ensuring alignment between design intent, technical documentation, quality standards, client requirements and site execution. /pp Sia tra i primi a candidarsi: legga la panoramica completa del ruolo qui sotto, quindi invii la sua candidatura per essere preso/a in considerazione. brp Key Responsibilities /pulli Supervise site activities and support construction management activities; /lili Verify that works are executed in line with drawings, specifications, BoQ and project standards; /lili Interface with General Contractors, design teams, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders; /lili Monitor work progress, quality, technical issues and construction-related risks; /lili Manage RFIs, technical queries, variations, non-conformities and site reporting; /lili Coordinate architectural aspects with structural and MEP disciplines; /lili Participate in site meetings and support technical problem solving during construction. /li /ul p Requirements /pulli Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering,
