p For our own projects, we are looking for: b Field Services Engineer – Bar Tube Finishing Lines /bp Si assicuri che tutte le informazioni della sua candidatura siano aggiornate e corrette prima di cogliere questa occasione. brpb Start Date: /b ASAP /ppb Contract Duration: /b Minimum 1 year, divided across multiple assignments/contracts /ppb Work Locations: /b Mexico, Europe and India /ppb Rotation: /b Up to 90 days on site / 14 days off /p p Duties /pulli Coordinate and execute the commissioning and start-up of bar and tube finishing plants and production lines. /lili Supervise electromechanical and mechatronic activities from installation through commissioning, final testing and handover. /lili Support equipment including: /lili2-roll straightening machines /lili Multi-roll straightening machines /lili Inspection and reconditioning systems /lili Peeling machines /lili Combined coil-to-bar drawing lines /lili Draw benches /lili Chamfering machines /lili Shears /lili Abrasive and disc cutting machines /lili Coordinate and provide technical support to automation personnel during commissioning activities. /lili Identify and manage technical and operational issues encountered during installation and commissioning. /lili Interface continuously with Project Management and technical departments.
/lili Liaise with the commissioning representatives to ensure activities are completed according to contractual technical specifications. /lili Support final testing and acceptance activities. /lili Provide training and technical support to the operating personnel. /li /ul p Requirements /pulli Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical Engineering/Technology or a related technical discipline. /lili Previous experience as an Electromechanical or Mechatronic Commissioning / Start-Up Technician is preferred. /lili Experience with bar and tube finishing equipment is highly valued. /lili Candidates with experience in machine tools, automated production lines or similar industrial machinery will also be considered. /lili Ability to read mechanical technical drawings, electrical diagrams, hydraulic schematics and pneumatic schematics. /lili Good knowledge of English. /lili Strong leadership, teamwork and coordination skills. /lili Good communication and client-facing abilities. /lili Availability for long-term international assignments and travel. /lili Junior technical profiles interested in developing their career in commissioning may also be considered and trained on the specific equipment. xrdbqlu /li /ul p Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit, qualifications, and potential. /p /p /p
