Overview
In this role you will bridge Engineering, Product Development and Sales to shape Topcon's grading and paving solutions.
You will translate customer needs into prioritized requirements and steer the product portfolio through its lifecycle.
You will collaborate across functions to ensure timely delivery of roadmaps, monitor financial performance and guide go-to-market decisions.
This remote Italy position offers international exposure and opportunities to influence product strategy at scale.
Responsabilità
Execute product roadmaps and ensure milestone delivery
Oversee lifecycle activities, including launches, updates and end-of-life transitions
Monitor revenue, margins and cost metrics, support pricing decisions
Coordinate with Product Creation, Supply, Marketing and Sales




Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform positioning
Requisiti fondamentali
Education in surveying, construction management or civil engineering related fields preferred
Experience in construction and/or surveying practices
Understanding of product lifecycle, profitability metrics and go-to-market planning
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
