Where: Multiple Locations in Europe Role Purpose The Associate Executive Recruiter supports the delivery of Senior Management (Executive) hiring by partnering closely with experienced Executive Recruiters, while progressively building capability to independently lead searches end-to-end.
This role combines execution, sourcing, and talent intelligence, contributing to high-quality hiring outcomes while developing the core skills required to operate as a full Executive Recruiter.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery (with increasing ownership) Support the end-to-end execution of senior management hiring processes, including coordination, candidate management, and interview scheduling Partner with Executive Recruiters to understand role requirements and search strategies Contribute to delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle Gradually take ownership of searches or sub-projects, with coaching and guidance Integrated Sourcing
