For our client, an international manufacturer in the power electronics sector, we are recruiting a
Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications
Acquire new customers and expand existing key accounts
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and identify new business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion
Develop and implement regional sales activities in line with commercial targets
Cooperate closely with Field Application Engineering and internal specialist teams
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data and opportunity tracking in the CRM system
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field,
or equivalent technical training
Several years of B2B sales experience in electronics, power electronics, semiconductors or a related technical environment
Proven track record in new business development and key account management
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Fluent Italian xrdbqlu and English; German or French would be an advantage
