Responsabilità
Plan, manage and coordinate medium-to-long-term flow optimization projects (logistic flows, automation)
Analyze service indicators and define action plans using digital/data-driven approaches
Transform data collection into competitive advantage via digital tools and AI-based solutions
Create dynamic dashboards and predictive KPIs to detect drifts and trigger actions
Drive digital evolution of logistical flows by integrating software/data analysis systems
Promote continuous improvement, draft procedures, and coordinate training
Serve as a communication hub among departments, ensuring safety and engagement
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
Proficiency in software applications and data analyst programs
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
Excellent Project Management skills
Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English; French a plus
