Responsabilità
Build strong customer relationships and navigate client organizations across internal and external stakeholders
Drive commercial discussions and help customers meet strategic/financial targets
Provide strategic payments guidance and position Adyen as a trusted partner using data-driven storytelling
Prioritize and execute short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts
Serve as voice of the customer internally and feed back insights to teams
Requisiti fondamentali
4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or complex software/financial services with a payments background preferred
Strong ability to engage at all management levels
Experience leading strategic payments conversations and coordinating high-level technical discussions
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into client goals
Proficiency in Italian and English
Experience in fintech or payments company is highly preferred
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Based in Milan with hybrid workplace (not remote-only)
