Lead multidisciplinary Building Services projects within the Milan team
Act as project lead engineer and maintain direct client interface
Coordinate mechanical requirements and their project impact with stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other mechanical engineers
Manage design process from concept layout to detailed design and construction
Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate design ambitions and integrate with architecture
Requisiti fondamentali
Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Mechanical/Building/Energy Engineering
Ability to lead and manage the design process end-to-end
Experience with Data Center and/or Industrial buildings projects
10+ years' experience in designing mechanical systems
Experience with BIM environment; Revit knowledge is beneficial
Bilingual in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
