Overview
As Senior Regional Operations Manager in Italy, you will own market-level initiatives to optimize logistics, costs and service quality.
You'll work across functions to drive growth, improve efficiency, and elevate both rider and customer experiences.
You will build models and frameworks to monitor performance and support cross-functional decision making.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment with AI-enabled tooling.

Responsabilità
Own complex logistic and financial strategic initiatives across the market and collaborate with multiple business units
Define market-winning, hyper-local strategies to balance cost, growth and service levels while improving the network
Create models and frameworks to industrialise monitoring and support operational activities
Improve the customer and rider proposition in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Act as primary Operations contact for local Commercial teams,
providing rider-supply and operational expertise
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of experience in a high-paced, project-based environment (tech startup or management consultancy)
Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative analytics (Excel modelling, data processing) and proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Strategic thinking with ability to execute plans
Proven track record in autonomously structuring and delivering projects
Excellent English and Italian communication, with experience presenting to senior audiences
Strong stakeholder management and collaborative work style
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to solve real problems is a strong plus
Preferred: experience with forecasting and modelling
