You'll monitor and strategize the operation's span of control, align warehouse activities with customer needs, and role-model the company culture.

Responsabilità
Support site manager in achieving revenue and cost reduction
Ensure people management excellence
Manage operational standards and profitability of the site

Monthly review of span of control and strategy development
Promote culture and sustainability initiatives
Lead by example to reinforce core behaviors
Oversee warehouse management: daily planning, flows, data accuracy, and stock control for IN/OUT/returns
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in engineering/economics or Master's in supply chain
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Supply Chain/Manufacturing industry
