Senior Planner – Major Pharmaceutical Project
Milan, Italy

Optimus Search is supporting the delivery of a major pharmaceutical facility in Milan and is looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team.
This position would particularly suit someone who has worked on large-scale, technically complex construction projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
We are ideally looking for:
8+ years' project planning experience
Strong pharmaceutical / life sciences project experience
Background working for a General Contractor / EPC
Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge
Development and management of integrated project schedules
Critical path and schedule analysis
Construction sequencing and look-ahead planning
Progress measurement and forecasting
Coordination across engineering, procurement and construction
Experience working with contractors and subcontractors
Native Italian is highly desirable, alongside strong professional English.
Milan – site-based project
