ResponsabilitàExecute and support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and service delivery
Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
Coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collect, analyze,
interpret and publish operational data and performance metrics
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on operational performance
Support operational projects, system implementations, and organizational initiatives
Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables
Assist with change management activities and user adoption efforts
Coordinate testing, training, and process documentation for new initiatives
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Business Administration
2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using ERP, CRM, or operational management systems
