Mission and key priorities of the roleBased in Caponago (Italy) and directly reporting to the Accounting & Reporting Director Europe, the Accounting & Reporting Specialist is needed to reinforce the accounting, analytical and reporting skills of the Finance team in Italy.Your responsibilities includeEnsure the accuracy of accounting and financial dataRun month-end close and reporting in the local ERP (Navision), as well as perform controlling activities to support month-end analysis and Group reportingManage the upload and validation of financial data into the Group reporting system (Tagetik)Perform cash flow analysis, working closely with the Treasury/Accounting/Credit TeamSupport functional transformation initiatives, including processes optimization, definition of common policies and procedures, alignment with Group policies and guidelinesEstablish and maintain an environment of internal control and integrity, while supporting the management of local Finance systemsDeal with external parties, such as tax consultants and payroll providerSupport compliance audits, annual audits,
