As their Italian business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support and develop their people strategy in the region. /p pb The Opportunity: /b /p p As the HR Operations Specialist for Italy, you will act as a trusted partner to both employees and business leaders, ensuring HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives are delivered to the highest standard. /p pb Key responsibilities include: /b /p ulli Partnering with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives /lili Ensuring compliance with Italian labour law and employment regulations /lili Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture /lili Managing onboarding, talent acquisition support,
