Legga la descrizione completa del lavoro qui sotto. brp For a prestigious and international client in the renewable, active in PV, Wind BESS projects, I am looking for an experienced b Senior Engineering Manager /b to lead the engineering activities supporting the development of the Italian portfolio. /p p The person will report directly to the Country Manager, being responsible of the all engineeting aspects of the projects till the NtP stage. Additioanally, the person will work closely with the Project Development team, engineering consultants, grid operators and public authorities to ensure that projects are technically robust and fully aligned with the applicable regulatory framework. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Contribute to the definition and implementation of the engineering strategy supporting the company's Solar PV, Wind and BESS development pipeline. /lili Provide technical leadership throughout the development process, ensuring engineering quality, consistency and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. /lili Develop, implement and continuously improve technical standards, engineering guidelines and design criteria across the Italian development portfolio. /lili Identify technical risks and opportunities, developing practical engineering solutions that enhance project bankability, constructability and long-term performance. /lili Support strategic investment decisions by providing robust technical assessments and engineering recommendations. /lili Contribute to portfolio optimization through continuous evaluation of technical solutions, project layouts and design assumptions.
/li /ul pb Engineering Execution /b /pulli Lead and coordinate engineering activities throughout all stages of project development. /lili Review and challenge engineering deliverables prepared by internal teams, external consultants and development partners. /lili Review and optimize project layouts to maximize energy yield, installed capacity, permitting success and overall project value. /lili Review and validate Yield Assessments and other technical analyses using industry-standard engineering software. /lili Coordinate technical site investigations, engineering studies and multidisciplinary assessments required to advance projects through internal development milestones. /lili Support technical due diligence activities associated with investment approvals and project acquisitions. /li /ul pb Grid Connection Technical Stakeholder Management /b /pulli Define and coordinate grid connection strategies for new development projects. /lili Manage technical interactions and communications with TSOs, DSOs and relevant public authorities throughout the grid connection process. /lili Represent the company during technical discussions, connection procedures and working groups with external stakeholders. /lili Oversee the preparation, review and submission of technical documentation supporting grid connection applications.
/li /ul pb Technical Coordination /b /pulli Act as the primary technical interface between Project Development, engineering consultants, technology providers and specialist advisors throughout the development lifecycle. /lili Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across internal teams and external technical consultants. /lili Ensure timely delivery of engineering studies and technical documentation required to advance projects through the development process. /lili Support the technical evaluation of alternative engineering solutions, project optimizations and value engineering initiatives. /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. /lili Proven experience in the engineering and development of utility-scale renewable energy projects. /lili Demonstrated track record supporting Solar PV, Wind and BESS projects through development up to Final Investment Decision (FID). /lili Strong understanding of Italian permitting processes, grid connection procedures and engineering standards applicable to renewable energy projects. /lili Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering consultants and technical workstreams throughout project development. /lili Experience supporting technical due diligence, project optimization and investment decision-making. xrdbqlu /lili Experience with hydrogen and/or Power-to-X projects will be considered an advantage. /li /ul pb What do we offer /b /pulli Flexible environment with 3 working days in the Milan's office and 2 from home /lili Solid career path towards managing a team of people reporting to this person /lili Competitive base salary + premio /lili International environment /lili Flexible working hours /lili Possibility to work with the best leaders in the sector /li /ul /p /p
