What you'll do:Build across the full stack — React/Next.js interfaces, backend APIs, and database layer (Postgres/Supabase)
Work with AI agents and LLM-based features integrated into the core product
Take ownership of features from concept to production, contributing to architecture decisions
Collaborate with product and engineering on new functionality
Must-haves:3+ years (ideally 5+) of end-to-end full stack development
Strong React/Next.
xysqume js + TypeScript
Backend/API design and implementation
Postgres or Supabase experience
Cloud deployment experience (GCP, Vercel)
C1 English
Based in or near Milan, available for hybrid work
Nice-to-haves:AI/ML concepts, LLM integrations
Financial services background
Experience with heterogeneous data processing
