Manager Sales & Operations Direct Service Flat ProductsYOU ACT
Develop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for flat product rolling (hot/cold)
Identify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support
Prepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments
Evaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams
Draft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations
Oversee and coordinate order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy
Collect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones
Maintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems
Provide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needsYOU KNOW
Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Mechanical)
Previous experience in technical-commercial xysqume back-office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments
Mandatory: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Preferred: Proficiency in an additional language
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
