What We're Looking For • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar • Recent graduates or students at their last year of Master's • Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and resilient under pressure • Analytical skills: Able to analyze data accurately and extract meaningful insights • Communication Tools: Strong writing and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Organization: Reliable in managing deadlines and supporting team deliverables • Languages: Fluent in English (B2) and the local office language What You'll Do • Project Delivery : Help define business requirements, track project activities, and support test documentation • Client Interaction :
