Verifichi di possedere le competenze necessarie prima di inviare la candidatura. brp A growing building automation and controls company is expanding its presence across Europe and is looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join its team in Milan. /p p The role will focus on the delivery of large-scale BMS and building automation projects within the data centre sector, working with major clients, contractors and engineering teams to deliver complex automation solutions from project award through to completion and handover. /p p This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong BMS/controls background who wants to work on technically challenging mission-critical projects while being part of a growing organisation with opportunities for long-term progression. /p pb Responsibilities /b /p ulli Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of BMS and building automation projects. /lili Manage projects from design and procurement through installation, commissioning and final handover. /lili Act as the main point of contact for clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors. /lili Coordinate BMS engineers, controls engineers, subcontractors and site teams. /lili Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance. /lili Review project specifications, drawings, designs and technical documentation. /lili Coordinate BMS installation, panel manufacturing, controls integration and commissioning activities.
/lili Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client specifications, programme and quality requirements. /lili Manage project risks, variations, change orders and technical issues. /lili Attend client and project meetings and provide regular progress updates. /lili Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical and design challenges. /lili Oversee testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final project documentation. /lili Ensure compliance with relevant health safety, quality and data centre standards. /lili Support the development of project processes and contribute to the company's continued growth across the European data centre market. /li /ul pb Desired Experience /b /p ulli Proven experience working as a BMS Project Manager, Controls Project Manager or Automation Project Manager. /lili Strong understanding of BMS, HVAC controls and building automation systems. /lili Experience delivering complex commercial, industrial or critical infrastructure projects. /lili Data centre experience is highly desirable. /lili Strong project management and organisational skills. /lili Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams. /lili Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and variations. /lili Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications and project documentation. /lili Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships. /lili Willingness to travel to project sites when required. xrdbqlu /lili Fluent Italian and good English would be highly advantageous. /li /ul pb For more information, please contact - /b /p /p /p
