The
Sales Associate
of Leica Store Milan is an ambassador of Leica Camera who delivers the Leica brand experience to prospective and existing Leica customers. They have a passion for selling and a drive for excellent customer service in line with our Leica retail standards. They have exceptional product knowledge and the capability of building lasting customer relationships that result in repeat business and increased revenue. Our Sales Associates live and breathe Leica brand values and create a customer experience that is warm, engaging and tailored to everyone.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
· Work together with other team members in achieving and exceeding retail targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment and offer best-in-class service and aftercare service at all times.
· Understand and properly execute systems and POS procedures, and respond to and follow up on customer calls, messages and emails on a daily basis.
· Develop and maintain a list of local and international customers and CRM database with the ability to acquire, develop and retain customers.
· Demonstrate strong product knowledge, passion for photography and ability to engage customers with our high-quality products and brand heritage.
· Work closely with management to ensure customer queries and issues are resolved successfully and promptly.
· Assist with the presentation of products and displays, adhering to brand standards at all times.
· Share the responsibility of maintaining an accurate stock level in the store, and participate in stock takes and reordering.
· Understand, follow and execute all operating procedures.
· Assist the team in the daily running of the store.
· Act as a brand ambassador at all times and represent Leica at events.
· Seek to continuously develop knowledge and skills in sales, service, systems and processes.
Brand Ambassador
Attend and network at external events to build and develop relationships to increase brand awareness, boost traffic to the store and corresponding increase in business.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
· Strong retail and sales experience in the luxury or premium retail segment
· A great team player who is sales-driven, proactive and flexible
· Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
· A strong ability to develop lasting relationships
· Excellent communication skills in (local language) and English, both written and spoken
Passion and knowledge of photography and enthusiasm for the Leica brand

Salary Range 24k -35k €
Performance Incentive program (MBO) aligned with individual and business objectives.
