Responsabilità
Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring renewals and higher utilization of medical and security services.
Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across products and services.
Prepare commercial proposals, develop pricing solutions, and lead contract negotiations.
Coordinate with Sales Support and Marketing to ensure efficient renewals, account reviews, and accurate reporting.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints while implementing measures to improve service quality.
Support cross-border opportunities through collaboration across regions.
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in Account Management and sales within a professional services or international B2B environment.
Highly customer-oriented, organized, proactive with strong prioritization skills.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
University degree or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in Italian and English with excellent communication skills.
