Lo scopra leggendo la panoramica del ruolo qui sotto. brp Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to contract management, project finance and renewable energy infrastructure? /p p Piper Maddox are working with an innovative and rapidly growing renewable energy company looking to appoint an b SPV Project Contract Manager /b to support the delivery of its growing portfolio of energy projects in Italy. /p p This is a highly cross-functional role, sitting at the intersection of b project delivery, contracts, finance and development /b . You will take ownership of projects from the point they enter the backlog stage through to COD, ensuring they are delivered b on time, on budget and in line with all contractual obligations /b . /p pb The Role /b /pp As the SPV Project Contract Manager, you will act in the interests of each Project Company (SPV), coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, lenders and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /p p You will play a key role in identifying and mitigating project risks, managing contractual relationships and supporting projects through financial close and construction. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Take accountability for the successful delivery of multiple renewable energy projects from backlog stage through to COD. /lili Manage the handover of projects from Business Origination and coordinate the contractual and commercial requirements of each SPV. /lili Review and manage key project agreements, including PPAs, grid connection agreements, EPC and OM contracts. /lili Identify contractual risks and deviations and develop mitigation strategies to protect the interests of the SPV.
/lili Work closely with EPC Project Managers to ensure contracts are structured appropriately and projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations. /lili Coordinate with Project Finance teams and external lenders throughout the financial close process. /lili Manage SPV budgets, cash flow monitoring, guarantees and lender reporting. /lili Support project acquisition due diligence and manage post-acquisition development activities. /lili Coordinate external advisors, consultants and service providers to ensure projects are developed efficiently and cost-effectively. /li /ul pb What We're Looking For /b /pullib5+ years of experience /b in project management, contract management or project development within renewable energy or energy infrastructure. /lili Strong understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle, from development through to construction and COD. /lili Experience working with b EPC, OM, PPA and grid connection agreements /b . /lili Exposure to b project finance and financial close processes /b . /lili Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. /lili Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders. /lili A degree in Engineering, Management Engineering or a related discipline. /lilib Fluent Italian and English /b are essential.
