We are looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Marketing Specialist that reporting to the Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for some of the OEM Group Brands and product portfolio.This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with operational execution.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing digital platforms, supporting events and producing marketing materials that contribute to business growth and brand awareness.Key AccountabilitiesMarketing & CommunicationSupport the execution of the annual marketing plan and marketing campaignsEnsure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materialsAssist in the development of sales and marketing tools for customers, distributors and partnersCoordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external suppliersDigital MarketingManage and update company websites through WordPressCreate and publish content across social media platformsDevelop and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platformsMonitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metricsSupport SEO, digital advertising and lead generation activitiesContent Creation & Graphic DesignCreate marketing materials using:CanvaAdobe InDesignAdobe PhotoshopAdobe Illustrator (preferred)Produce brochures, presentations, flyers, newsletters and promotional materialsDevelop engaging content for websites, social media,
email campaigns and product launchesEvents & Trade MarketingSupport the organisation of exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and product launchesCoordinate event materials, merchandising and promotional assetsLiaise with suppliers, agencies and external partners to ensure successful project deliveryAdministration & Project SupportManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesMaintain marketing databases and asset librariesCollaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Service and Product teamsRequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related fieldMinimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing roleFluent English, both written and spokenStrong knowledge of: WordPress, Mailchimp, CanvaProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and PhotoshopExperience in social media management xlwpduy and content creationStrong organisational and project coordination skillsFamiliarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content generation platformsStrong organisational and project coordination skillsNice to haveExperience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing toolsExperience within B2B, hospitality, beverage or premium product sectorsBasic knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing and communicationsExperience using generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools) to support content creation, campaign development, market research and productivityInterest in emerging digital marketing technologies and AI-driven marketing trendsWorkplace: BolognaBase Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €30,000
