The candidate will also play an active role in promoting a culture of efficiency across the organization, with the goal to maximize the value creation of the initiatives carried out in the industrial division. /lilistrong Development Path /strong : grow within a role designed from the outset around a broad scope and a clear development path, with increasing responsibilities over time.
/li /ol pstrong Key Objectives and Responsibilities /strong /pulli Gain trust within the organization at all levels and establish solid relationships within Corporate functions and stakeholders, becoming a credible Business Partner to the organization. /lili Lead the implementation of the strong new Industrial Controlling Model /strong , with particular focus on strong Product Costs, Capex and Inventory /strong , supporting the related process redesign. Contribute to the strong SOP process /strong , strengthening the connection between Supply Chain and Finance /lili Play an active role in the evolution of the strong SAP environment and controlling model /strong , including: strong Material Ledger implementation /strong on one side, aimed at developing a consistent financial and industrial data model and enhancing profitability analysis across the value chain; and strong Plant efficiency project streams /strong on the other, through strong PMO /strong initiatives related to strong cost deployment, plant efficiency, capacity utilization and decomplexity /strong /lili Enhance the strong current Controlling / Reporting Model /strong to enable quicker and effective analysis of industrial performance. Manage strong Budget, Forecast and Planning /strong activities and cadence for the relevant perimeter, identifying trends and challenging figures, and assumptions when appropriate Develop financial evaluations and Business Cases, including Capex investments and Make vs Buy analyses /lili Provide both Finance and Business stakeholders the information required to increase awareness, sustained by robust analytics, and identify actions to improve PL and cash flow performance /lili Support the deployment of Industrial Controlling strong best practices /strong across the organization and the progressive strong automation of processes and reporting. /strong /li /ul pstrong Requirements (“Must have”): /strong /ppstrong Hard Skills /strong /pulli Degree in b Economics, Business Administration or Engineering /b /lili Approximately b8 - 10 years /b of professional experience, with a solid track record in b Industrial / Manufacturing Controlling /b ,
preferably gained within structured performance-driven organizations /lili Good understanding of manufacturing processes and their main operational and financial value drivers, to sustain business judgement /lili Execution leadership rooted on strong knowledge of b product costing, cost accounting, industrial performance management, inventory and Capex controlling. /b Additionalknowledgeof Procurement and Supply Chain would be nice to have /lili Solid trackrecord in Budget, Forecast, Planning and variance analysis /lili Strong hands-on capability in managing complexity: a significant amount of data in parallel with developing financial models /lili Experience in b transformation /b b environments /b and/or in the implementation or redesign of brand new controlling models would represent a plus /lili Good knowledge of b ERP systems /b , with direct exposure to SAP /lili Familiarity with b BI /b/ Performance management tools /li /ul pb Soft Skills /b /pp The combination of b strong accountability, technical skills /b and a genuine b business partnering mindset /b will be key for success. /pulli Analytical and rigorous, while able to understand the business implications behind the numbers /lili Hands-on and detail-oriented, while maintaining an overall business perspective /lili Proactive and curious, with the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions and challenge existing approaches /lili Comfortable working in a b changing and transformational environment /b /li /ul p On the people side, able to b interact effectively /b within the Finance Function, as well as with other internal stakeholders across Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain /pulli Collaborative, pragmatic and oriented towards results, and continuous improvement /lili Resilient under pressure and deadlines /lili Comfortable taking initiative and actively contributing to the design of new processes and solutions /li /ul ullib Fluency /b in b English /b is a must /lilib Location: /b North of Italy /li /ul pb Job /b : This is a permanent full-time job in a highly dynamic context. /pp Initial Salary range will be in between EUR 70.000 – 80.000, plus Premio and Benefits, in line with Client commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices.
