Position
We are looking for a/a digital transformation project management specialist for our IT Department.
The resource will be responsible for:
- Ensure the governance and organization of IT projects, guaranteeing a constant overview of objectives, timelines, and resources;
- Conduct requirements analysis and functional design, mapping AS-IS processes and formalizing new TO-BE workflows;
- Break down projects into operational phases, defining critical milestones and deliverables, and monitoring progress;
- Oversee the technical implementation phases, acting as a facilitator between the development team and business stakeholders;
- Coordinate the execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) by users, identifying and reporting any non-conformities or deviations from requirements;
- Manage communication with stakeholders and the project team, providing timely updates and drafting technical and functional documentation to support the project.
Requirements
- proven experience managing and coordinating complex IT projects, preferably in areas related to digital transformation;
- proficiency in functional analysis methodologies and process modeling skills (BPMN or equivalent standards);
- anowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related monitoring tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar);
- aptitude for data analysis and consolidation, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
- good command of English;
- results-oriented, excellent planning skills, and aptitude for teamwork.
