Supply Chain and other business functions. /lili Lead Working Capital optimization initiatives and monitor performance against targets. /lili Support b monthly business performance /b reviews with management teams. /lili Perform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions. /lilib Prepare ad hoc financial analyses /b and management presentations. /lili Participate in monthly closing and reporting processes. /lili Support internal and external audit activities. /lili Promote financial discipline, process improvements and best practices across the organization. /li /ul pb What We're Looking For /b /pulli Proven experience in Controlling, Finance, FPA or similar roles. /lili Experience within structured international organizations. /lili Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. /lili Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels. /lili Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. /lili Strong communication and presentation skills. /lili Proactive, business-oriented approach with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. /li /ul pb Education Technical Skills /b /ppb Degree in: /b /pulli Economics /lili Finance /lili Management Engineering /lili or a related field. /li /ulpb You should also have: /b /pullib Advanced English,
