Si assicuri di leggere l'intera descrizione riportata di seguito e di candidarsi immediatamente se è protetto/a di soddisfare tutti i requisiti. brLocation: brp Ideally based in Milan (remote). /p Key Responsibilities brPPA Origination Offtake Strategy brulli Develop and execute the offtake strategy across renewable energy and storage projects. br/lili Originate corporate, utility and bilateral PPAs and build relationships with utilities, traders, aggregators and large energy buyers. br/lili Assess optimal contracting strategies, balancing project bankability, value and merchant exposure. br/lili Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks and regulatory developments. br/li /ul Commercial Negotiations brulli Lead end-to-end negotiation and execution of PPAs and related commercial agreements. br/lili Structure competitive PPA solutions covering pricing, tenor, volume, shape, imbalance, credit support, Guarantees of Origin, curtailment and termination provisions. br/lili Coordinate with legal, finance, development and risk teams throughout negotiations. br/lili Support EFET, ISDA and other relevant documentation where applicable. br/li /ul Italian Power Market Financial Analysis brulli Analyse GME markets, PUN and zonal prices, forward curves, capture prices, cannibalisation, negative pricing, congestion and imbalance exposure. br/lili Assess route-to-market costs, merchant risk, storage revenues and ancillary-services opportunities. br/lili Use market data from GME, Terna, GSE and ARERA to inform PPA pricing, bidding and revenue strategies.
br/lili Support financial modelling, project valuation and investment decisions. br/li /ul Auctions Support Schemes brulli Lead participation in relevant Italian renewable energy and storage auctions and support schemes, including GSE auctions, FER X and MACSE where applicable. br/lili Develop bid strategies, pricing and commercial submissions in coordination with development, finance and international teams. br/li /ul Stakeholder Contract Management brulli Work closely with development, project finance, MA, legal and investment teams to maximise project value and bankability. br/lili Support financing, MA and farm-down transactions and related due diligence. br/lili Manage PPAs throughout their lifecycle, including contractual obligations, performance requirements and commercial issues. br/lili Present commercial recommendations and key risks to senior management and investment committees. br/li /ul Qualifications brRequired Experience brullib Solid experience in European energy markets /b , including substantial experience in the Italian power market. br/lili Direct experience originating, structuring, negotiating or managing renewable PPAs. br/lili Proven track record of executing renewable energy offtake agreements. br/lili Strong understanding of Italian electricity markets, GME, zonal pricing, forward curves, capture prices and imbalance exposure. br/lili Experience with Italian renewable energy auctions, GSE support schemes or competitive tenders. br/lili Experience with solar, wind, BESS or hybrid renewable projects. br/lili Established network across Italian utilities, suppliers, traders, aggregators and/or corporate energy buyers. br/lili Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills. xrdbqlu br/lili Professional fluency in b Italian and English /b . br/li /ul#J-18808-Ljbffr /p
