Join a leading Italian manufacturer of industrial machinery for the optical industry. For over 30 years, the company has been designing and manufacturing high-tech industrial equipment for the optical sector. With a strong international presence, the group operates worldwide through its subsidiaries across North America, Europe, Asia and South America.
As part of the development of our Customer Service team , we are looking for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/F to join our headquarters in Italy. Reporting to the Technical Manager , your main responsibilities will include:

- Installing and commissioning our machines at customer sites across Europe.
- Training users on how to operate the equipment
- Diagnosing breakdowns and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Providing on-site and remote technical support
- Participating in machine testing and validation activities in collaboration with the production teams
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and strong customer-service orientation
Your profile

- Fluent French and professional-level English or Italian
- 5 to 7 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance
- Proven experience working with CNC machines
- Good mechanical xjncmbx skills and ability to read technical drawings
- Proficiency in measurement instruments and standard office software
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe, approximately 50% of the time
