Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the specific requirements of EU-funded projects, including thematic areas, expertise levels, and geographic scope.
- Sourcing of experts for current and future projects
- Utilizing various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates.
- Negotiation of contracts and agreements with experts
- Coordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development. xbvzest
Qualifications and skills
- A master's degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs
- Familiarity with EC framework contracts
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts
- Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
