Your Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer,
we are seeking an energetic and experiencedHR Business Partner Consumer & Marketing to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders across Technogym’s international markets. You will drive people strategies that support business growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and uphold Technogym’s values-led, performance-oriented culture across diverse geographies. Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structured organization, you will be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Administration.
