Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who can hold the pressure of a major account without breaking a sweat — who understands the clients' business deeply and understands the numbers, not just reports them. Curious, direct, comfortable telling the client the uncomfortable truth when it matters. Someone who thrives on the organized chaos of juggling multiple projects and turns confusion into a plan of action.
What you'll do
- Own the direct relationship with client brands, acting as the go-to point of contact on strategy and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate cross-functionally across media, creative, and measurement teams to ensure timely, consistent delivery
- Oversee projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholders
- Contribute to account growth (upsell, identifying new opportunities)
Must-haves
- 7+ years of experience in client management including C level stakeholders, account management, consulting, media, digital marketing, or a closely related environment
- Strong agency-side experience, ideally within a media agency, xjncmbx digital consultancy, integrated agency, or similar environment, with direct ownership of client relationships
- Deep knowledge of media platforms and the full-funnel digital marketing ecosystem, with a solid understanding of how paid media, data, measurement, creative, and technology work together
- Good understanding of offline media channels (TV, OOH/DOOH, radio, print) and how they integrate with digital is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to own and grow client
