As a Regional Cooling Service Representative, you deliver on-site commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance for Schneider Electric cooling solutions. Responsabilità
- Perform startup and commissioning across the cooling product range
- Evaluate installation quality and hydraulic/operational conditions
- Adjust on-site to optimize running performance
- Identify root causes across quality, software, and operation factors
- Collaborate with service engineers and partners during site interventions
- Document and route defective parts for disposal/repair
- Train customers on basic equipment operations
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for cooling systems
Requisiti fondamentali
- Thorough understanding of HVAC principles; basic electricity knowledge
- Independent work style with minimal supervision
- Safety policy compliance
- Ability to analyze documents and regulations; write reports and manuals
- Problem definition, data collection, and analytical reasoning
- Multitasking capability; willingness to travel internationally (70/80%)
- Mechanical or electrotechnical education
- At least 5 years in commissioning or field service repair with HVAC or cooling equipment
- Confirmed experience with cooling equipment & solutions (air, air- or water-cooled chillers)
- Experience with precision cooling is advantageous
- Experience with HVAC, generators, fire detection/suppression
- Fluent English (minimum B2+)
