Overview
As a Pre-Sales Engineer for ETO cooling solutions, you support customers, partners, and the SE Sales teams with high-level technical product information to drive customer satisfaction. You bridge tendering and execution, define technical features, and back multi-factory tenders, while collaborating with R&D; and Product Design to optimize performance. You engage in quotations, technical support, and project analysis, contributing to innovative digital infrastructure projects and cross-functional learning.
This role combines analytics, communication, and hands-on design to enable successful, scalable cooling solutions.

Responsabilità
- Quotation of CRAH, Chiller and Liquid Cooling products within cost structures and margins
- Quotation of ETO spare parts, FAT, and special shipments
- Define lead times and project GANT schedules
- High-level technical support to SE entities for ETO cooling products
- Technical definition of ETO products with Engineering
- Ensure linkage between tendering and execution on ETO scope; handover to execution at PO
- Specify and define technical features via analysis of requirements
- Calculate customized cooling product performance with R&D;
- Multi-factory tendering management and SLA adherence
- Support SE local entities with tender/spec analysis for large projects; risk analysis; pre-sales project follow-up
- Support to Business Developers during customer visits and webinars/training; assist LoB & R&D; to maintain design and quotation tools
- Provide feedback on tendering high runners to improve standardization
