OverviewAs a Technical Consultant in Italy, you join the Technical Due Diligence team to support property owners and users in technical and economic matters across development, operation, and management. You will assess existing properties, prepare cost-focused reports, and contribute to feasibility studies through an interdisciplinary approach. The role combines technical evaluation with project monitoring and quality control, helping shape decisions on asset value and risk.
