OverviewIn this role, you will help maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet customer and regulatory requirements. You'll act as the main quality liaison for Italian-market customers, driving issue resolution and process improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold high quality standards and support audits and CAPA initiatives. The position blends analytical problem-solving with collaboration to sustain customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
