OverviewIn this role you support the Group's consolidated financial statements under IFRS, ensuring accurate monthly closings and strong internal controls. You will work with the consolidation team and cross-functional partners to apply IFRS, prepare disclosures, and maintain the accounting manual. You'll contribute to audits, tax, treasury, and M&A; accounting, while developing reporting capabilities and ICFR improvements. This is a global, high-performance environment with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable practices.ResponsabilitàLead the preparation of quarterly and annual Group consolidated financial statements and consolidation journal entries (e.G., IC profit, dividends, PPA adjustments, IFRS16 lease accounting)Support the preparation and review of the Group's Consolidated Annual Report (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, equity changes, disclosures)Ensure correct IFRS16 application at Group level by validating subsidiary lease data and consolidating lease liabilities and right-of-use assetsCollaborate to maintain and update the Group accounting manual, focusing on consolidation rules and IFRS applicationSupport the audit process with detailed documentation and responses to auditor questions on consolidation and disclosuresCoordinate with Group Tax,
